GIVING TO CHURCH

It is now time to review your giving to church. With the reduction, in April, of the basic rate of income tax from 22% to 20%, All Saints' will lose 11.8% from the amount which can be claimed from Gift Aid.
Due to the abolition of the 10% tax band, some people will not be able to give more, but for those who can, it needs a 2.5% addition to the amount already given, in order to maintain the present level.
Would you please give prayerful consideration to the implications of these changes. Thank you.
