I run a monthly house group called Silver Threads for those of a certain age whose hair is rather...silver! We meet on the 2nd Weds of the month usually 2.30 till 4.00pm.
Our members are those from Church who are less able to get around and just want to share monthly fellowship. I am ably assisted by Betty Asling and lifts to and from the group are offered by members of our congregation.
We have a home Communion 3 times a year with Steve, then guest speakers or a trips out. We're going to the new visitor centre at Shibden Park for lunch in June.
